Our virtual reality specialists will digitally construct your project so you can take a tour of your home or business before any physical construction begins. With the inclusion of furniture, you'll get a genuine feel for how everything will be laid out. If necessary, we can make alterations based on your VR tour to ensure that you're satisfied with the final result.

Once we have finalized the floor plan, we can begin creating an estimate that includes allowances based on your predetermined budget for all of your choices. If the estimate is acceptable, we'll send it to the bank for appraisal and start the process of applying for building permits. During this time, we can also work with you to make selections on various aspects of the project, such as windows, doors, brick, stucco, stone, appliances, and more.
